A subject that has maintained its taboo reputation for too long, we are thankfully entering an era where mental health is becoming an open topic of discussion. It is also unfortunately a growing concern, especially among creative individuals who keep unconventional, hedonistic and pressurised schedules. Attempts to adopt better lifestyle habits for both physical and mental health is often well intentioned and rarely well executed. This panel aims to speak honestly about the challenges faced by creative individuals and explore effective mechanisms that will affect positive change in their lives.
